ACT-The Life U Want Psychotherapy and Supervision was founded by Sue Hart, who is the company's Principal Clinician.

 

Sue has fourteen years experience in the NHS and in private practice ranging from complex cases including complex PTSD (childhood abuse and trauma), addictions, personality disorders, multiple trauma PTSD to less complex cases of depression, generalised and specific anxiety disorders, eating and weight problems, relationship problems, pain and health problems, stress management, low self esteem, single incident PTSD and phobias.

 

Sue is a prominent member of the BABCP with whom she is an accredited psychotherapist and is actively involved in the BABCP ACT SIG committee and the ACT community at large. She is also one of the training and development team at the Acceptance and Mindfulness Centre. This is the only learning centre in the UK that provides accredited ACT training.

 

At ACT the life U Want we provide both one to one and group psychotherapy and life enhancing workshops. Sue can provide one to one or group ACT or CBT supervision. Our rates are very reasonable for high quality psychotherapy and supervision. Psychotherapy fees for self funding clients are generally £45 per hour session for one to one therapy.
